Saves the messages of your voice mailbox or answering machine to share
If you already updated the operating system iOS to the iOS version 9 or later, you can save and share voicemail messages that you receive on iPhone. The system allows you to save the voice mail messages such as voice notes or reminders, or share them directly as audio files through AirDrop, messages or mail.
This is a feature that can be very useful. Before voicemail messages were limited to the Phone application, preventing that we can listen to them on the outside of this. Now with iOS 9 we can have a more specific control of these voice messages and can convert them to audio files or save them as reminders in case they are messages that we do not want to delete.
How do you save your voice messages such as notes or reminders?
In order to save a voice mail we have to open the Phone application and select the Voice Mail tab at the bottom of the screen. There we chose the voice message that we want to save and chop on the button to share. Select the Notes application or voice reminders from the menu and the audio file will be saved in a format that can be played in the normal way, as if it will be a song from your list.
If you save the voice mail as a reminder, you can share it directly with other apps using the navigation in the app of reminders. In addition, if you delete the message in this app will still be saved in phone unless you also delete it separately.
Remember that when you sync your iPhone with iTunes your reminders and voice notes also pass to your music library. It is a fact to bear in mind if you do not want other users to navigate your iTunes account to access your voice memos.
Guide to share voicemail messages
In iOS 9 You can also share your voice messages directly from the Messages application. This feature is quite similar to share voice memos on WhatsApp. In order to do so we come back to open the iPhone application and we are going to the Voicemail tab and give the Share button.
In the menu of apps that we can select choose the messages, although you can also use the Mail application or AirDrop. Depending on which we choose, we can send the voice mail to a friend, to our devices by AirDrop or to any contact via email.
